Anti HA Antibody-HRP

Anti HA Antibody-HRP
HRP-conjugated monoclonal antibody for detection of HA-tagged fusion proteins in Western blot applications.
Product Overview
The HA tag is a short peptide sequence derived from amino acids 98–106 of the human influenza virus hemagglutinin protein. Its amino acid sequence is YPYDVPDYA, and its molecular weight is approximately 1.1 kDa.
The HA tag is widely used in recombinant protein research. Through recombinant DNA technology, the tag can be fused to the N-terminus or C-terminus of a target protein to facilitate protein detection and purification.
Anti HA Antibody-HRP combines specific recognition of HA-tagged fusion proteins with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugation, providing a convenient format for direct chemiluminescent detection in Western blot assays.
