Diagnostic Microspheres
Diagnostic Microspheres
They can be widely applied in immunology, molecular biology, POCT, and capture-purification diagnostics.
Immuno-Diagnosis
Current mainstream immunodiagnostic methods include chemiluminescence immunoassay, latex immunoturbidimetry, and immunochromatography. We can provide a diverse range of key raw materials, such as magnetic microspheres, latex microspheres, and time-resolved microspheres, capable of meeting application needs.

1. Chemiluminescence Immunoassay
Self-developed Anti-CA153-093 mAb was conjugated toCarboxyl-Activated MagPoly Beads using a two-step method. Key performance evaluations, including reaction kinetics, precision, and clinical correlation, were conducted in an acridinium ester direct chemiluminescence system (Instrument: Yingkai 12910).

2. Latex Immunoturbidimetry
Various antibodies were modified onto different latex microsphere products via activation, conjugation, and blocking steps. Reactivity was assessed on a fully automated biochemical analyzer (Instrument: Hitachi 7180).

3. Immunochromatographic Assay
Depending on your application direction and specific needs, carriers such as colloidal gold, time-resolved microspheres, or fluorescent microspheres can be selected for protein/antibody conjugation and modification to qualitatively or semi-quantitatively evaluate raw material performance.

Molecular-Diagnosis
Molecular-Diagnostic Magnetic Beads include Magsilica Beads, Streptavidin Magpoly Beads, DNA FragSelect XP Magnetic Beads, and Oligo(dT)25 MagPoly Beads, they are widely used for nucleic acid purification and fragment sorting.
Oligo(dT)25 MagPoly Beads :Prepared by reacting biotinylated Oligo(dT)25 with Streptavidin Magpoly Beads .
Workflow: Total RNA( isolated from mouse liver) is first hybridized with a biotin-labeled oligodeoxynucleotide. The Oligo(dT)25 MagPoly Beads then specifically capture mRNA or remove rRNA, achieving mRNA purification.
1. High binding capacity for biotin-modified ligands
As shown in the Figure 1, the Ct values of mRNA before and after purification are essentially consistent, indicating that the purification efficiency of mRNA is close to 100% and the non-specific binding is very low. (Actual results may vary due to differences in experimental conditions, detection instruments, etc. The data in the figure are for reference only.)

2. Good batch-to-batch stability
Three batches of Oligo(dT)25 MagPoly Beads were each incubated and hybridized with the same total RNA sample to test mRNA and rRNA capture. CT value comparison with the sample indicates low batch-to-batch variation in mRNA purification, demonstrating high application stability.

Capture-Purification
Compared to traditional resin, Magnetic Beads eliminate the need for complex procedures such as column packing. The process is straightforward and offers high purification efficiency, enabling small-scale, high-throughput purification.
rProtein G or rProtein A ligands are densely and oriented immobilized onto magnetic microspheres, enabling antibody purification via Fc-mediated IgG binding. Compared to native proteins, our recombinant ligands feature high-affinity binding sites, thereby minimizing non-specific adsorption.
1. High binding capacity
Under identical conditions, antibodies were purified using resin and magarose beads, respectively. As indicated by the yield(Figure 1.1) and purity(Figure 1.2) of the purified products, the capture and binding capacity of the magnetic beads is highly comparable to that of the resin.

2. High-throughput Application Case
Different sample types (cell culture supernatant and rabbit serum) were incubated with rProtein A/G MagPoly Beads(Cat\:SM01510) for automated purification on the Purifier 24(Cat\:P241001). For the cell culture supernatant, parallel experiments were conducted with varying concentrations and volumes. The purity and recovery yield of the purified products were both ≥90%(Table 1, Figure 2).
