One-step PAGE Colored Gel Rapid Preparation Reagent Kit
The One-step PAGE Colored Gel Rapid Preparation Reagent Kit is suitable for the Tris-Glycine electrophoresis system and provides premixed solutions for preparing both the concentrated gel (upper gel) and separating gel (lower gel).
During gel preparation, there is no need to calculate individual component volumes, perform dilution, or add TEMED. Simply mix the upper gel solution with the upper gel buffer and the lower gel solution with the lower gel buffer at a 1:1 ratio, then add the coagulant to prepare the gel.
The simplified formulation allows multiple gels to be prepared rapidly. The colored upper gel makes the sample loading wells clearly visible, helping facilitate accurate sample loading during SDS-PAGE experiments.
