Product Description
PhaseShield™ Gel Tubes, Heavy simplify nucleic acid extraction by forming a stable barrier between the aqueous and organic phases during centrifugation.
The high-density inert gel creates a defined interphase that helps separate the upper aqueous phase from the organic phase and debris. This enables fast recovery of the aqueous phase while minimizing organic solvent and debris carryover.
These pre-filled 2 mL tubes are compatible with standard microcentrifuges and are suitable for DNA and RNA extraction workflows.
