Rat GT (Gastrin) ELISA Kit | G-EC-00176 | Gentaur Elisa Kits

Target Species: Rat

Type: Competitive

Assay Time: 2.5h

Detection Type: Colormetric

Sensitivity: 37.5pg/mL

Detection Range: 62.5~4000pg/mL

UniProt ID: P04563

Target Name: GT

Target Synonym: GAST, GAS

Tested Sample Types: Serum, plasma and other biological fluids

Test Principle: This ELISA kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Rat GT. During the reaction, Rat GT in samples or Standard competes with a fixed amount of Rat GT on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to Rat GT. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) are added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 ± 2 nm. The concentration of Rat GT in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Specificity: This kit recognizes Rat GT in samples. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Rat GT and analogues was observed.

Application: This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Rat GT concentrations in Serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

Research Areas: Cancer, Cardiovascular, Signal transduction

Storage: An unopened kit can be stored at 2-8℃ for 1 month. If the kit is not supposed to be used within 1 month, store the items separately according to the storage table in the manual once the kit is received.
