Human CRH (Corticotropin Releasing Hormone) ELISA Kit | G-EC-00094 | Gentaur Elisa Kits

Target Species: Human

Type: Competitive

Assay Time: 2.5h

Detection Type: Colormetric

Sensitivity: 2.35pg/mL

Detection Range: 3.91~250pg/mL

UniProt ID: P06850

Target Name: CRH

Target Synonym: CRF, Corticoliberin

Tested Sample Types: Serum, plasma and other biological fluids

Test Principle: This ELISA kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Human CRH. During the reaction, Human CRH in samples or Standard competes with a fixed amount of Human CRH on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to Human CRH. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) are added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 ± 2 nm. The concentration of Human CRH in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Specificity: This kit recognizes Human CRH in samples. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human CRH and analogues was observed.

Application: This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Human CRH concentrations in Serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

Research Areas: Cancer, Neuroscience, Signal transduction

Storage: An unopened kit can be stored at 2-8℃ for 1 month. If the kit is not supposed to be used within 1 month, store the items separately according to the storage table in the manual once the kit is received.
